Step into the glowing magic of the kiln and discover the timeless art of vitreous enameling. In this beginner-friendly class, we’ll explore how powdered glass transforms when fused to copper, creating luminous, colorful surfaces that feel both ancient and modern.

Working with copper blanks, powdered enamels, and 1500 degree heat, you’ll experiment with layers of color, texture, and shine to create five unique enameled shapes. These can be finished as earrings or pendants — little wearable talismans infused with your own creativity.
Along the way, you’ll learn the basics of kiln firing, how to handle and sift enamel powders, and techniques for building up vibrant, durable surfaces.
No prior experience is needed — just curiosity, a sense of play, and the joy of making something beautiful with your hands.
