Meg McElwee is a multi-passionate artist, working primarily with fabric, papier mache, charcoal and paint.
In 2007, she started Sew Liberated, an independent sewing pattern company, where she still spends most of her days designing, sewing, and mentoring others in creative living and sustainable fashion.
In her spare time, amidst the creative chaos of her art-loving teens, she enjoys lending a hand in her local performing arts community, from behind-the-scenes costume repair to singing and acting on stage.
