Amy Gretchen

Amy Gretchen currently resides in Salt Lake City, Utah with her husband and three daughters. She is a self-taught photographer who has found a passion for capturing the details that make up her everyday. She enjoys the challenge of observing the world around her and finding the beauty in everything she sees, but finds that it is the everyday moments of her life that inspire her to keep her camera close at hand. Amy Gretchen is a firm believer that through the lens, we can all see how truly beautiful life can be.

Amy Gretchen leads a group of bloggers each month in the 12of12 challenge where she takes everyday photos as a way to document her life story.

Amy Gretchen’s work has been seen in Simple Scrapbooks magazine and Creative Pilgrimage by Jenny Doh. Her work was also a part of the 2010 BlogHer’s Voices of the Year in NYC and the 2011 Girl Power 2 Cure Georgetown Gala.
