Multi-Level Vinyasa
Come experience this invigorating yoga class focusing on gratitude and awareness of the beauty that surrounds you.
We’ll allow ourselves to sink deeply into the warm embrace of mama earth, give some attention to our bodies and the muscles that need extra love, and from there rise up to consider our potential as energetic beings.
A traditional 75-minute class designed for those with vinyasa-yoga experience who want to move continuously.

Spring, Fall and Squam by the Sea: we have 18 mats available but more than 18 people have signed up for this offering. If you have a mat and can travel with it, please do…Thank you!
Also:
Wear clothing that stretches moves with you…and it’s best if you wear layers that you can shed as you warm up, especially for Spring & Fall session as it can get a wee chilly in the lodges and I want to be sure you can stay warm.
