This year at SAW, I have the been gifted the opportunity to offer live sacred circles centered around the work I do in my sold-out e-course, SouLodge. I am thrilled to bring this to a physical space that has held me in it's nurturing landscape, lifting me spiritually and creatively since the workshop's inception in 2008.

In our circle, we will engage and connect with our deeper aspects through journeywork, a form of meditation and active imagination practiced by traditional peoples of many indigenous cultures. We begin with the smudging ritual, cleansing our energies with white sage, a herb used by Natives to open up consciousness and make way for guides to make themselves known. I will lead us into our wise, knowing place, where allies reside, through drumming a shamanic beat that resembles our own heartbeat and the heartbeat of the Earth.

While exploring the inner realms, you will connect to animal totems, inner healers, and ancestors, all of whom rest inside of your own powerful intuitive realm to provide you with spirit guidance and creative restoration. This work serves as a balancing compliment to the creative and personal growth and transformation that takes place so naturally at Squam.
