Gentle Slow Flow Yoga

Release into a yummy, deep stretch and reconnect to the beauty within and around you.

This yoga class was specifically created to help you feel grounded and present as well as focus on some stretches unique to your particular creative pursuit.

You will be guided to a place of inner quiet that will help to clarify and even more deeply enjoy your time at Squam, the season, and your ever-evolving life. We'll breathe deeply, give thanks, meditate, stretch and step into the flow of creativity.

If you have never done yoga before, this is the perfect class to have as a first experience. If you practice yoga regularly, you will also find so much to enjoy in this workshop.

This is a traditional 75-minute class accessible to all with an open mind and heart.

 that is large enough to use as a blanket.

Wear clothing that stretches moves with you…and it’s best if you wear layers that you can shed as you warm up, especially for Spring & Fall session as it can get a wee chilly in the lodges and I want to be sure you can stay warm.
