Abundant Wild Life

Self Love is Good Love

Do not fear going out on a limb dear one – for that is where you will find the fruit.

Try this:

*Write loves notes to yourself and post them around your house.

*Continue to collect or add things from Nature to a sacred space in your home. Perhaps you would like to add a love note using the Aquabrush and add it to that space as well.

*How is your meditation practice coming? This is a gentle reminder to keep sitting and giving that time to yourself. How about taking a yoga class this weekend or sometime soon (for whatever level you are at – gentle, beginner, or basic are all fine to start out with). If yoga does not call to you, try another class that does—that will get you more into your body and out of your head. It could be a dance, Tai Chi, Nia, or Spinning class, for example.

*Continue to share any art you do with the group – we want to see!

*Speak your intentions and love notes to yourself in a mirror. See the softness and beauty in your eyes. Be gentle, be kind, you are a gift.

*Self-portrait: take a photo yourself in loving acceptance – just where you are right now. It can be of your whole face, or just your eyes, half your face, your hands, anything. Let it be an expression of you. Share it with the group – we want to see you.

*Remember, do the intuitive/emotional release painting before beginning to paint on your next wood panel. Then share any or all of them if you would like and how the process was for you.

***Have a beautiful blessed weekend dear ones! I hold each of you in creative abundance and true joy within.***

I really like what we have been doing. Self portraits though are difficult for me as I have avoided personal photos since I developed fibromyalgia several years ago.
