Ummm... if I had a beach, and not the hot, humid, breath-sucking heat that we've had in Central Texas, and if I knew that in a few weeks it would be in the 60s and not still in the 80s, then I might share your sentiment. (Oh, summer don't leave us!)
As it is, I am looking forward to escaping the heat by coming to the NE in a few weeks! And I say-- come on winter! (We really don't get fall, either!)

Doggie beaches are the best!! My dog has yet to go to one yet. Everyone looks like they are thoroughly enjoying the sun, sand and surf. Love the red umbrella!

What more can one want, Cape Cod's most serene area Truro and Wellfleet, one red umbrella, two happy dogs and nearly a soul in sight. Thinking cap is on for hubs has one more week of vaca! I hope you did some painting and writing!
