Squam Art Fair - one night only!
doors open at 7:30 pm

Last year a woman came up to me, silver-haired, graceful and smiling brightly.  Her hands held a number of packages, but she adjusted them so she could take my hands in hers. 

"I have come to every one of these," she told me.  "I wouldn't miss it for the world."

Perhaps it is the setting that gives an old-world, vintage sundry shop feel-- perhaps it is due to the people gathered-- excitedly trolling the aisles and whooping on a perfect find, but my guess it has mostly to do with the caliber of artists and artisans who put their goods on the tables:  original, well-crafted, accented with the personal touch that only a handmade object can have. 

That's what this fair is about-- open to all with free admission-- we'd love to have you join us!  So do mark your calendars-- as it is one night only.
