a little yoga to warm your day

Oh PennyPenny, Penny! Not only is she a beloved teacher of our Earth Art classes and an amazing and sought after illustrator with an impressive client list, and the creator of all the lovely bits of flair you see on our squam site...as if that is not enough... she is also a mom to little Veda AND a certified yoga teacher!

So, we knew she would totally understand what we meant when we asked if she would put together a simple yoga video for those busy people that need a little encouragement, a little help, a little prompting and a litle guideance to get their yoga-mojo going...

and ooh la la la la...did she ever. Simple, sweet salutations for the morning and evening, with a little ayurvedic advice thrown in for good measure. We are in love...

And trust me, penny will warm you up from the inside out.

P.S. if you are new to yoga, take it slow and listen carefully to what Penny is saying and what your body is saying! The key is to keep breathing and move slowly -- and ultimately to feel good!

loving this video...the gentleness of your voice, penny; the woods holding you as you demonstrate this practice.
i always appreciate hearing things from a new voice. even when the message is familiar {in this case, the asanas}, there is always some new perspective, some new glimpse.
